Speechbolt screens unknown calls and helps family members share Safety Circle alerts under the phone owner’s control. Request private access.
Questions before you join.
Will their important calls still get through?
Speechbolt answers unfamiliar callers and asks what they need. If the call matters, their phone can ring with the reason already on the screen. People they trust can still ring through normally.
Do I have to take over their phone?
No. They keep their phone, their number, and control of their calls. You can help them get started without managing the phone for them.
What can someone in the Safety Circle see?
Safety Circle members can receive a short warning when something appears seriously wrong. They do not automatically receive every call, recording, or transcript.
Who controls screening and alerts?
The phone’s owner does. They choose who joins their Safety Circle, what gets shared, and when alerts are sent. They can change those settings later.
What happens when a call turns dangerous?
Speechbolt can warn them while the call is happening and tell them to pause before sending money or sharing a security code. If the situation meets their Safety Circle rules, someone they trust can also receive an alert.
What happens to their contacts and call records?
Speechbolt can match trusted numbers on their phone without uploading the address book to our cloud. The phone’s owner may choose contact sync for faster caller recognition. They also control who can see their recordings, transcripts, and summaries.
Do they need a new phone or phone number?
No. They keep the phone and number they already use. Android setup is opening first, with iPhone access next. We confirm carrier compatibility during setup.
How does family setup work?
You request access for your family. If invited, we schedule a short setup call with both of you, confirm that the phone’s owner agrees, and walk through the screening and Safety Circle settings together. Nothing is activated without their approval.
